This convenient function for the customer helps promote loyalty to you. It is also useful if you do not require full online shopping.
How does the customer send in their list ? Registered customers simply access their account and access the 'Shopping List' function. The shopping list is a free text area.
Can they change or delete their Shopping List ? Yes, up to the point it has been flagged by you as 'Ready for Collection'.
How does the customer know when their shopping is ready ? The system automatically sends them an email. They can also access their account to see the list status.
How do we view & process the lists ? You access your Control Panel to access the 'Shopping List Management' functions.
