Customer Satisfaction Survey:
To track customer satisfaction, we have added a comprehensive, but very quick and easy to use online survey.
The survey has 11 standard questions, covering all aspects of your pharmacies services.
It has been designed to meet NHS standards & requirements.
How do I access the survey results ? The results of each survey are stored in a database. This can be exported to a spreadsheet package such as Excel for analysis, or provided to a third party company for processing. The results can also be viewed on-screen via your Control Panel.
